You may be aware of the famous cricket match image taken at Gallipoli on 17 December 1915, a site now known as ‘Shell Green’. This image has become an integral part of a special Brisbane ANZAC Day commemoration.

The Brookfield United Cricket Club and the Australian Defence Force now join together every ANZAC Day to compete in the Annual Shell Green T20 match, which pays tribute to ANZAC Day and the service and sacrifice of Australian military personnel.
